The Acid 260 Disc's mechanically formed, double-butted, heat-treated 6061 aluminium tubes are the same as the ones we use for our adult range. The addition of disc mounts means your child has the added safety of powerful all-weather disc brakes. Combined with our Agile Ride Geometry, it makes for a frame that'll allow your child's skills to develop as their confidence grows. And there's a replaceable gear hanger, too, so that a crash needn't be the end of the world.

ALUMINIUM LITE

There's aluminium, and then there's CUBE Aluminium Lite. This heat-treated 6061 aluminium is stiff, fatigue-resistant and, because of its natural corrosion resistance, a great material from which to make lightweight tube sets – and bicycle frames. And it does all this without adding unnecessary weight, so you can get the best enjoyment out of your CUBE.
